International Shipping
Orders destined for delivery outside of the United States are generally sent fully insured by USPS First Class Mail using the "Reverb Safe Shipping" system. Please click here to be informed about our policies, limitations and expected delivery time on international shipping prior to placing an order. Due to continued issues with lost packages and failed deliveries, we no longer accept orders destined for Italy, Mexico or Brazil, without exception.

RETURN AND SATISFACTION POLICIES: Most products come with a 72 hour inspection period that begins with the date and hour the item is delivered. During that period, you many return the merchandise to NCM (North Coast Music) if not satisfied, for a refund, less an 10% restocking fee and a deduction for the actual shipping costs incurred in sending the item to you. You are also responsible to pay the costs of return shipping to North Coast Music. Notify us by email that you wish to return the item within this 72 hour period. No returns will be accepted after the 72 hour period is completed.

Returned items must be returned undamaged, unmodified, in new condition, in all original packaging, freight prepaid, fully insured and within 72 hours of your request to return the item.

International Shipments: Most international shipments are sent by USPS First Class Mail using the "Reverb Safe Shipping" system. Reverb offers full protection against loss or damage on international parcels using their "Safe Shipping" shipping program. International packages may take take as few as two weeks or as many as eight weeks to deliver, depending on the country. North Coast Music cannot offer any additional information as to the delivery status of your order, if delayed, than what is offered from the USPS tracking number. Claims for refunds on lost international shipments will be accepted only after 60 days have passed from the original shipment date.

The customer is responsible for the payment of any applicable duties, import taxes or VAT.

Some items offered by North Coast Music in the United States are not available for sale outside of the US due to franchise restrictions from the manufacturer or excessive shipping costs.

Due to ongoing issues with mail delivery, we are currently not accepting orders that ship to addresses in Italy or Mexico.

Shortages and Cosmetic Defects: All claims for shortages or reports of cosmetic defects must be reported to NCM within 48 hours of delivery, so please carefully inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

Defective Merchandise:
If an item purchased from North Coast Music develops a manufacturing defect within the first 10 days of ownership, NCM will pick up and replace the item free of charge. No refunds will be issued or exchanges accepted after these ten days have passed.

Damaged Shipments: When your merchandise arrives, inspect the package immediately for damage. If damaged, you may refuse the package for return.

Missing Shipments: Once the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) provides evidence of a completed delivery using the tracking number we supplied with the order, any further issue with delivery is between you and the carrier. North Coast Music will not be responsible to replace items that were stolen or misplaced, regardless of reason, after a completed delivery is indicated by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with your concerns.

Return Exclusions: We do not accept returns, give refunds, or exchanges in any circumstance for the following: Vinyl, grill cloth, pipings, and tee moldings (these are custom cut to your specifications from a continuous roll), electronic repair parts, amplifier foot switches, guitar/bass strings and amp covers.

Consequential Damages: North Coast Music will not be held responsible for consequential damages, including loss of profit or revenue from the failure of a product sold by North Coast Music to perform as expected.

Errors and Omissions: North Coast Music makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and prices in our web sites and Reverb are correct. Nonetheless, it is possible that an occasional mistake could happen due to human error. North Coast Music will not be obligated to honor such errors.
